Budget and financial support by ERIC members

According to Statutes, the ERIC Budget is adopted by the members, at a single majority during the yearly General Assembly , each member being granted a number of votes (shares) corresponding to its financial commitment (from one up to a maximum of seven).

Yearly contribution of individual members can vary from 5'000 EURO to a maximum of 35'000 EURO, depending from shares in the federation.

ERIC Budget covers the Administration of the Federation, the maintenance and update of the ERIC 3000 system, HelpDesk facilities, support to members at different levels, but also takes care of promotional aspects of ERIC activities to the benefit of all members.

ERIC gives its members a free access to the ERIC 3000 System, including supply of necessary software developed by the ERIC Federation ; members supply the ERIC system with national traffic and travel information, but pay for the information they get from the central system (selected information about other ERIC countries according to real needs).
